Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the same high-quality product that you see in the picture. We take great care to ensure that our product images accurately represent the items we offer. Rest assured, what you see is what you get!

Where can I view my sales receipt?

In "my account" menu > "orders" you will find "order no." with full details.

How can I return an item?

Shipping and return policy.

After completing the purchase from our website, our sales representatives will contact you within two days to confirm your order via phone at different times. If there is no response,
the order will be canceled. The order will be delivered within one to four working days after the call.

Note: According to the shipping company's policy, orders cannot be opened to ensure the safety of the products from damage.

Return and Exchange Policy:

How to make a return or exchange:

- The items must be in their original condition, with the same condition as received, and with the invoice.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping fees in case of return through the representative if there is no defect.
- Baltazar company will bear the shipping fees if there is a defect and the item is the only one in the order. Baltazar company will not bear the shipping fees if there are other items in good condition.
In case of return, the shipping fees for sending the item again will be borne by the customer.


- Returns through the representative: The representative will be sent, and upon the arrival of the item to us, it will be inspected to ensure that it is in its original condition as sent. This process takes 7-10 working days,
and the amount will be transferred via Vodafone Cash or Insta Pay.
- In both cases, the return will be notified via WhatsApp, and confirmation will be made with the customer before sending the representative.

According to our return and exchange policy, the following cases cannot be returned or refunded to ensure the safety of our customers:

- Products that have been ironed or washed, as well as products that have been damaged and are not in their original condition, and their original packaging.
- Products with removed price tags or brand labels.
- Returns that exceed 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Note: Outfit offers are not eligible for partial returns. The entire outfit must be returned in order to receive a refund.
